Pregnancy After IVF & New Motherhood Support

Support doesn’t have to end with a positive pregnancy test.

After years of fertility treatment, pregnancy can bring enormous joy — but it can also bring a completely new set of fears.

After 10 rounds of IVF and six pregnancy losses, I know what it feels like to finally become pregnant and still feel scared to believe everything will be okay.

My own pregnancy also came with medical complications, including high blood pressure, and I navigated pregnancy and early motherhood as a single mother by choice.

That is why my support can continue beyond IVF — through pregnancy, preparing for birth, preparing for your newborn and adjusting to the first weeks of motherhood.

I provide emotional and practical coaching and lived-experience support, not medical care.

The moment I had waited years to reach — and the beginning of a completely new journey.

This support may be right for you if:

  • you are pregnant after IVF or fertility treatment
  • you have experienced miscarriage or previous pregnancy loss
  • you feel anxious between scans or appointments
  • you are finding it difficult to relax into pregnancy
  • you are becoming a mother for the first time
  • you are pregnant without a partner
  • you are preparing to become a solo mother
  • you feel overwhelmed by what you need for a newborn
  • you want help preparing practically and emotionally for birth and the first weeks at home
  • you have recently had your baby and feel overwhelmed by the transition into motherhood
A clear medical boundary

I do not provide medical advice, diagnose pregnancy complications, manage blood pressure, interpret test results or advise on medication. Any medical concerns must always be discussed with your midwife, obstetrician or healthcare team.
